From site survey to installation
and ongoing care.

Six stages clarify what we agree together, from the initial brief to the use and care of your furniture. They apply to custom commissions and projects. For available pieces, we confirm the item, delivery and installation arrangements, and after-sales terms directly.

A 3D proposal helps you understand the layout and proportions. Technical drawings define dimensions, construction and the details the workshop will work from.

  1. 01

    Brief & site survey

We discuss your needs, the required items, budget and timing. Site visits and measurements are arranged to suit the commission, with installation positions and site conditions checked before the proposal is finalised.

Together we confirm: scope, dimensions and site conditions.

  2. 02

    Design & 3D approval

Custom pieces and interior projects include 3D proposals for client approval. Form, proportions, layout, materials and finishes are discussed, then technical drawings are completed around the agreed design.

You approve: the 3D proposal, dimensions, materials and finishes.

  3. 03

    Making & quality checks

Our makers select and prepare timber for each component, then make and finish the pieces to the issued drawings. Dimensions, construction, surfaces and details are checked before delivery to site.

An provides: production updates and any points requiring confirmation.

  4. 04

    Installation & site works

An coordinates delivery, furniture installation and the agreed interior works. Where several teams are involved, we work with the client, architect and other contractors to address conditions on site.

Together we track: progress, installation quality and any site adjustments.

  5. 05

    Inspection & handover

We review the finished pieces and interior works with the client against the approved proposal. Any adjustments are recorded and their resolution agreed before handover is confirmed. We provide use and care guidance and a support contact.

You receive: inspected work, use and care guidance, and support details.

  6. 06

    Warranty & maintenance

After handover, An receives feedback and provides warranty support under the policy and terms agreed for each order. Maintenance, inspection or refinishing needs are discussed with the client, with scope, timing and any costs confirmed in advance.

You have a contact for support throughout the use of your furniture.

Survey and design scope, revision rounds, fees and timing are agreed for each commission before work begins.
